Reactive. Wired and tired. Running on adrenaline. Our fast-paced work, combined with the stressors of life in the age of COVID, can leave us feeling like we’re in constant overdrive. Long-term escalated stress pushes us into survival mode, impacting our quality of life and contributing to both burnout and compassion fatigue. In this workshop we’ll learn a number of simple, effective self-regulation practices that can help us to pump the brakes on stress, so we can recover our equilibrium, work more effectively, and feel better at work and at home.

Jessica Dolce, MS CCFE, (she/her) is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator who brings almost 20 years of experience in working with companion animals to her coaching and online programs.
She is an adjunct faculty member at The Maddie’s® Shelter Medicine Program at the University of Florida and has worked with organizations such as the ASPCA, Humane Canada, and Two Green Threads.
Jessica holds a Master of Science in adult and higher education and certificates in stress management, mindfulness facilitation, and positive psychology coaching.
